2017 – 2018 LEASE YEAR
  • Current Tenants have until November 1st at 5pm to renew their leases or sign up for a transfer.

  • New Tenants will have until November 2nd at 5pm to get on the wait list.

  • General leasing to the public for the 2017-2018 Lease Year will being on November 4th, at 8:00am.

  • We will not begin apartment showings until November 7th!

  • You may secure a spot on the waiting list now.

  • All rental applications are done online, and an approved application must be on file to sign a lease.

  • Security Deposit is due in full the day of signing onto the waiting list/lease agreement.
