MOVE OUT

Your lease ends Sunday, July 28 at 6am.

All keys, building fobs and garage remotes/parking permits must be turned into the office together by that time, NOT left in the unit. If all keys are not turned in, you will be charged to change the lock.

All personal items must be removed from the rented premises including bicycles and mopeds; nothing can be left in the unit for future tenants. Any items left in the unit will be disposed of at a cost to you.

If you are moving out after office hours, please put your keys and remotes in the move out envelope that was provided to you and leave that in the rent drop box at our office, located at 711 S Gilbert St.

If utilities are in your name, make sure you schedule disconnection from your name on the date your lease ends (not before). AIC will not reimburse you for the time after July 28th if this is not done.

SECURITY DEPOSIT RETURNS: Make sure you’ve requested your deposit refund via ACH through your online portal under contact us and notice to vacate. This cannot be requested after your lease ends.
